Job Title: Marketing Intern
Job description:
This internship is based in our Marketing department and will involve
providing support to the sales and marketing function in the company.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a desire to establish a career in Marketing, preferably in the Hospitality Sector.
The main duties of this role are:
- Being fully informed about the K Club facilities and branding
- Supporting operational marketing activities
- Assisting with marketing administration
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Sending out publicity material and listings. This includes both mass market media and specialist publications
- Data collection and input. Co-ordination of reports using information gathered.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English both verbal & written essential
- Be highly proficient in the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Have completed or be in their final year of a Degree in Marketing
- Have the ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- An ability to priorities and a high attention for detail
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Job Title: Casual Conference and Banqueting Senior Waiter
Salary: €11.00 per hour

- To assist the Operations & Duty Manager in ensuring the smooth running
of Conference and Banqueting Department & Event Space on the resort.
- Maintain efficient set up and service of the function rooms for all events, dinners and meetings in both Clubhouses and on the island through the supervision and delegation of duties.
- To provide 5 star experience to all customers of the resort at all times.
- To Liaise with the Operations & Duty Manager & sales team to ensure the resort C &B facilities are yielded and used to the best quality and standard possible.

To maintain the required standards. To assist the Chef de Partie with service and to ensure all hygiene standards are adhered to. Working 5 days over 7.

- To ensure all special requests made by guests are met.
- To work in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to. To ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specification. To ensure correct rotation of stock as per HACCP requirements.
- To adhere to cleaning schedules set out for the Kitchen.
- It is essential that all applicants for this role have fluent English both verbal & written.
