The K Club offers a range of activities and exciting options for incentive groups and corporate days out. Here is a sample itinerary for an incentive event.

Incentive Itineraries

DAY 1

Before Arrival- We are here to assist you as much as possible in preparing your incentive group at The K Club, we can:

1. Organise transportation to and from Dublin Airport
2. Priority rooming list and room allocations
3. Type menu cards, place cards and table plans
4. Room deliveries

Arrival in Ireland - Arrival into Dublin airport and transfer to The K Club by limousine or helicopter

Arrival at The K Club - Guests arrive at The K Club for a private check in and personally shown to your bedrooms by our reception team while the concierge deliver luggage to the bedrooms.

Orientation - A nice afternoon of relaxing, familiarising yourselves with the resort, afternoon tea being served in the beautiful hand painted Chinese Drawing Room.

Dinner- Welcome Buffet dinner will be served in the hotel to accommodate those that are arriving later on in the evening, a delicious selection of cold starters and hot main courses finished off with an Irish coffee.
While your guests have been enjoying a sumptuous evening their bedroom has been turned down.

DAY 2

Breakfast- Breakfast is served in The Byerley Turk Restaurant; room service is also available in the hotel.

Activities
Guests get ready for the days activities, these could include:

1. Golf - A round of Golf on The Palmer Course, host venue for the 2006 Ryder Cup Matches. A talk from our professional beforehand will ensure you have a successful round of golf. A refreshment buggy will meet guests after the 9th.
2. Golf Clinic - For those that don't play golf how about a golf lesson to get you started and addicted to the game.
3. The K Spa - Our magnificent 20,000 square foot spa is one of the finest resort spas in Ireland and our therapists offer a wide range of treatments. Why not relax in the pool or Jacuzzi while you are waiting for your appointment.
4. Cookery Demonstration - Our Executive Chef (a real character!) will give an eye opening cookery demonstration, with the emphasis on relaxed cooking that you can take the ideas home without spending the evening in the kitchen.
5. Fishing - Local ghillies will collect you from the hotel reception to get you geared up with a Barbour jacket, wellie boots and deer stalker hat to make you look the part and then accompany you either on one of our stocked (you are guaranteed to catch a fish) lakes around the resort or for the more adventurous the River Liffey. The K Club provides guests with all the necessary equipment and clothing.
6. Horse Riding - Spend a couple of hours learning how to ride if you are a novice or brushing up your horsemanship skills for the more experienced rider.
7. Offsite - You can enjoy a day going into Dublin for a guided tour, taking in the sights such as Trinity College, Dublin Castle, The Guinness Storehouse and The Jameson Distillery.

Lunch - Lunch will be served to suit your activities, be it lunch in The Palmer Clubhouse after your golf, a packed lunch if you are going sight seeing in Dublin or a healthy lunch for those indulging in spa treatments.

Group Photograph - Why not gather everyone together for a group photo outside the hotel or even inside on the staircase, a gift for your guests to treasure after a truly memorable stay at The K Club.

Dinner- Pre Dinner Drinks Reception with Traditional Music being played in the background will start your gala evening at The K Club.  How about Black Velvets, a tantalising combination of Champagne and Guinness!

DAY 3

Breakfast - Breakfast is served in The Byerley Turk Restaurant; room service is also available in the hotel.

Departure - While guests are enjoying their breakfast our concierge will collect luggage to go on to your next destination or the airport.
