The K Club provides the ideal location for conferences and business events in Ireland. Whether you require a stylish setting for smaller meetings, a more ornate room for private lunches or a large conference room, we can accommodate conferences for as many as 300 people.
All of our meeting facilities are elegantly furnished naturally lighted rooms, capable of accommodating all your business needs.
The main Hotel Conference Rooms include The Tower Room, The John Jefferson Smurfit Room and the Hotel Members Room. (see below for details) The Yeats room with its unique collection of Jack B Yeats original painting is an inspirational setting for the smaller meeting.It is very popular for pre-dinner drinks, smaller parties and private dinners.
In the Smurfit Clubhouse we have The Legacy Suite catering for up to 400 guests and The Deacon Room catering for up to 50 guests.
Over in the Palmer Clubhouse, venue for the memorable 2006 Ryder Cup, we have the Arnold Palmer Room catering for 140 guests.

Welcome Amenities & Client Gifts
Special arrangements can be made through our conferencing team and concierge for clients to purchase welcome gifts. These can be delivered to your guest's hotel rooms on request. The gifts can include champagne, chocolates, flowers as well as Waterford Crystal and K Club merchandise for our extensive Pro Shop range.
