Leisure & Fitness Facilities
Our 16.5 meter, infinity leisure pool, poolside jacuzzi, experience showers, outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam rooms are available to residential hotel guests, members, full and part day spa guests. Please see terms and conditions for age restrictions.
Gymnasium – a fully equipped LifeFitness cardiovascular and resistance exercise suite are available to all our hotel & day spa guests, golf and spa members over the age of 16. For those requiring one-to-one fitness training, why not book a personal training session with a member of our specialist fitness team?
A variety of personal exercise routines are available to suit your particular requirements, one-to-one personal training is the perfect way to improve your technique and to help you to achieve your fitness goals. Personal training can be booked through spa reception and for your convenience can be charged directly to your room prior to your session.
