Age Restrictions

Please note that children under 16 are able to utilise the leisure pool strictly between the hours of 10am to 12 noon and 2pm to 4pm 7 days a week and are to be accompanied by an adult at all times. For their safety please note that children under 16 do not have use at any time of the poolside Jacuzzi, experience showers, outdoor hot tub and changing room steam and sauna cabins. Our Teen Treatments section has been specifically designed with treatments ideal for our youngest spa guests from 16 years of age or older. 

Booking and Reservations

We recommend all spa bookings to be made up to 4 weeks in advance to ensure the treatment and time of your choice. All are subject to availability at time of booking. The use of spa treatments and this area is reserved for persons over 16 years of age. Please note that children under 16 are unable to enter the spa treatment area at any time.

Day and Part Day Spa Experiences are available to non-residents only.

Residential Stays with Treatments. Should you be booking a residential stay in the hotel and wish to enjoy spa treatments, you can either choose one of our selection of set Residential Spa Experiences which include various spa treatments, accommodation and meals or alternatively simply choose your favourite treatments from the A La Carte Treatments section in our tariff and book these at time of your room reservation.

Residential Spa Experiences

Offering you a stress free booking with a selection of 1, 2, 3 or 5 night Experiences which include the carefully chosen spa treatments we know to best compliment each other. The easy way to book a relaxing spa break.

Arrival

From the moment you arrive at the Spa you will receive an exceptional level of service.  Please do not hesitate to ask if you would like a treatment explained to you in further detail. We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to ensure your relaxation and orientation before commencing your spa journey. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to and hence as a matter of course we are unable to honour late appointments for their whole duration.

What to Wear

Robes and slippers are provided in the spa for your comfort. Please bring swimwear to use in our pool, jacuzzi, experience showers, outdoor hot tub, steam room and saurna. Alternatively swimwear can be purchased at K Spa reception. Disposable underwear can be provided for all wet and/or body treatments if required.

Hotel Residents

If you wish you can stroll from the hotel through our garden courtyard in your spa robe and slippers, depending on the weather! Alternatively, lockers, robes, slippers and towels are provided at the spa for your convenience. Our spa buggy and shuttle service to K Spa is available from the hotel, just ask our concierge.

Valuables

Lockers are available for your use in the spa and leisure changing rooms however when staying in-house we encourage you to leave all items of value in your room safe.  The owners and management take no responsibility for your personal valuables or possessions chosen to be left in any area of the spa at any time, even when in a secure locker.

Noise & General Spa Etiquette

Our Spa offers an environment of total peace, relaxation and tranquillity. In order to achieve this and in respect of all our spa guests, we ask that you please turn off your mobile phones when entering the spa and that they are not used in any area of the spa at any time for the duration of your stay. We ask that noise be always kept to a minimum whilst enjoying the spa, its facilities and treatments.

Health & Well-being

Please take responsibility for your health and safety while using the facilities of the spa at all times. If you have any ongoing medical condition or are pregnant, we recommend you to seek advice from your doctor prior to using the facilities or treatments of the spa and or as well as making a staff member aware of your condition. If you feel faint, dizzy or unwell at any time whilst in the spa or treatments, please stop immediately and seek our assistance.

Pregnancy

While some treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy there are many that are perfect and our spa team will be happy to advice you on exactly the treatments best suited to your requirements and stage of pregnancy.

Homecare & Retail Products

A professional spa treatment is only the start to the benefits your skin can achieve from the products and treatment methods it has enjoyed during your time with us. Following on from your spa treatment we invite you to seek the advice of our spa experts who will guide you on the perfect homecare products to ensure your maximum continuation of the benefits you have started and received from your professional spa treatment.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and room charges.  Prices include VAT.  All spa treatments, services and food and beverage purchased in K Spa are subject to an automatic 10% resort gratuity. This gratuity does not apply to retail products purchased. 

All prices are quoted in euros and are per person unless otherwise stated.  

Spa Treatments                                               

A credit card number is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. 

Treatment Courses                                       

Full payment for the course is required in advance to avail of course price discount.

Part and Full Day Spa Experiences             

Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.  On the day of your Spa Package, any extra charges e.g. retail products can be added to your day bill and paid for on your departure

Residential Spa Experiences                               

A credit card number is required at time of booking to secure your reservation and full terms of payment will be outlined on confirmation of your booking.  Prices are on a per person per Experience basis with 2 sharing a room. (minimum 3 people for the Courtyard Suites)

Cancellation                                                 

Guests needing to cancel any booked spa treatment appointment, Full, Part Day or Residential Spa Experiences are required to give the following notice:

Spa Treatments & Rituals                                  

24 hours is necessary to avoid any charges. Less then 24 hours will be charged in full. 

Part and Full Day Spa Experiences                  

Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.   All Day and Half Spa Experiences are strictly non-refundable however are transferable to an alternative date or named person subject to availability and a minimum of three days notice.

Residential Spa Experiences                               

Full cancellation terms for Residential Spa Experiences will be outlined with your confirmation of booking. Please check at time of reservation.

No Shows      

Guests not arriving for their booked appointments will be charged at 100% of the booked treatment value.

NB. Treatment details and prices are correct at time of going to print. The management reserve the right to alter or amend any of the details of the brochure at any time without prior notice. While every effort is made at all times to ensure the correct functioning and service of all our equipment and facilities, the management reserve the right to close any area of the spa or its facilities at any time for essential maintenance work.
