All our residential spa guests are welcome from 3pm on day of arrival (unless otherwise stated) and on your day of departure you are welcome to continue to enjoy the spas facilities until 3pm.

The published package prices are per person and based on two sharing a double or twin Superior room or 3 to 4 a Courtyard Suite.
Room Upgrades
All our Residential Spa Experiences are available for accommodation in either the Hotel or Courtyard Suites subject to availability and we are happy to offer you the rates for both – please request.
Upgrades from the set inclusion in a Superior Room are available - to a Deluxe Room a supplement of €50 per person, to a Junior Suite at a supplement of €100 per person and to a Suite at a supplement of €200 per person. All supplements are per person per night and are subject to availability, please request at time of booking and we would be delighted to organise this for you.
Additional In-room Amenities
We would be delighted to organise additional special items for you, ready in your room on arrival such as Champagne and Chocolates, Bouquet of Flowers, spa product gifts etc. which can be paid for in advance or added to your hotel bill. Please request at time of reservation.
Rates
All Residential Spa Experiences are available throughout the year and are subject to availability. Rates differ between seasons and all Experiences will be charged at the appropriate seasonal rate for the dates of your booked arrival.
Terms and Conditions
All Residential Spa Experiences are subject to availability.
Unless otherwise stated, all Residential Spa Experiences are based on accommodation in a Superior Room or Courtyard Suite. All prices are per person per package based on two sharing a Superior Room or a minimum of 3 sharing a Courtyard Suite, inclusive of the food elements suggested in each individual Experience.
All our Residential Spa Experiences that include accommodation in a Superior Room are also available for reservation in a Courtyard Suite. If less than 3 people sharing a Courtyard Suite, a supplement will apply per person per night. Subject to availability.
* Where packages include accommodation in the Courtyard Suites, you are welcome to enjoy breakfast in the hotels River Room Restaurant, or alternatively, a breakfast hamper is provided in your suite allowing you a leisurely morning in the comfort of your private accommodation.
* Each dinner included in our Residential Spa Experiences is allocated a €75 food allowance per person per dinner. Please note that any beverages and additional costs per dinner will be charged to your room account in addition.
Any additional nights can be added at the time of your initial reservation and charged as per your requirements for accommodation, dinner and breakfast. Subject to availability. Please request at time of initial reservation.
Any additional treatments of your choice can be added to any of these Residential Spa Experiences. Please see our Treatment Menu for choice and prices. Please request at time of initial booking. All additional treatments are subject to availability and will be charged at usual Treatment Menu prices.
The treatments included in each Experience cannot be swapped for alternative treatments, however we would be delighted to tailor-make a specific package to suit your individual requirements should you wish. Please do not hesitate to call spa reception who will assist you with all your requirements.

Resort Gratuity
A 10% Resort Gratuity will be added to all Residential Spa Experiences.
Residential Spa Packages
A credit card number is required at time of booking to secure your reservation and full terms of payment will be outlined on confirmation of your booking. Prices are on a per person sharing basis.
Cancellation
30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation received within the 30 day cancellation period will be charged for the first night of the specific Residential Spa Experience booked.
